Five year after creating this thread, I am wondering almost the same question.
Is there a way that every CRM-user sends and receives emails to the clients with his personal email-address. And all the correspondence to be kept in CRM also, so that it can be seen later by manager and other responsible people. Or is there some plug-in that can synchronize email messages between MS Outlook and CRM in Bitrix. We are using only box version of Bitrix Corporate Portal.
And another question I have is do you know some plug-in for Bitrix box version and MS Outlook, which does the same thing as mailsputnik plugin ( ) - creates new contacts in CRM for the unknown email senders.
