Переустановка ОС помогла.
Веб-окружение встало.

я в этом не очень силен, только обучаюсь.
Допустим у меня под 3 обновлением идет обновление yum
Я должен сделать откат обновления, командой:

# yum history undo 3

и все должно установиться ?

подскажите поподробнее, как убрать обновление, чтобы все успешно установилось?

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

Не устанавливается виртуальна машина, выдает ошибку. Прошу помочь!
Установлено ОС - CentOS 6.7 64 бит, сервер 2 ГБ, ДИСК 40 ГБ, 2 ЯДРА
