Здравствуйте уважаемые! Возможно - ли назначить задачу нескольким пользователям сразу? В строке отечественного за задачу - перечислил нужных пользователей через запятую - не помогло, задача отправилась только первому....

Пользователей 250, активных 50-70, оперативки 4 ГБ, пока ок, до недавнего времени было 2Гб - еле ворочался.

Да, тоже заметил, ТП обычно пишет, что-то типа "Спасибо за интерес к нашему продукту, передадим ваши пожелания разработчику, а он решит - нужно реализовывать этот функционал или нет".

Шаблон надо менять

Дело вот чем, у меня была настроена авторизация таким образом, что пользователь до авторизации видит только окно с оной, НО после того как я что-то наколдовал с шаблонами - логика поменялась, теперь окно авторизации находится на странице портала, т.е. не авторизованный пользователь видит всю структуру, разделы с подразделами, конечно к ним доступ закрыт - но как-то некрасиво. В настройках главного модуля - настроено - что доступ не авторизованным - запрещен.
Где что поправить уважаемые?

Да, так и сделано, инфа с портала валится в специальную папку почтовика, думал это безобразие можно отключить малой кровью.

А если этот пользователь входит в группу Техподдержка и при возникновении нового события в модуле "обращение пользователя" сотрудник поддержки получает почтовое уведомление???

Так все равно юзеру придет на почту уведомление о наличии у него сообщения соцсети на портале.

А почему собственно назрел такой вопрос, дело в том, что есть несколько стандартных шаблонов дизайна портала, например, синий или коричневый, НО в таких компонентах как, Универсальные списки и Библиотека документов, по умолчанию стоит зеленый, понятно, что любой пользователь может поменять цветовую гамму данных компонентов как ему захочется, НО было бы замечательно, если бы у админа была возможность устанавливать цветовую гамму, на примере данных компонентов, по "умолчанию", например шаблон сайта синий, ну и компонент синий, а не зеленый. Наверняка цвет по "умолчанию" возможно поменять, кастомизировав компонент, но вот не знаю как.

Просто я думал, что у всех под одной рукой открытый КП на страничке редактирования шаблона

Добрый день! Вопрос вот в чем, "по умолчанию" в компоненте выводится офрмление в Зеленом цвете, далее пользователь меняет цвет, как ему надо, а что надо поменять в CSS файле шаблона, чтобы поменять вывод цвета "по умолчания", ну например, сделать не зеленый, как в стандарте, а синий?

Что-то не совсем понятно, тогда спроектируйте БП под свои запросы и применяйте это спроектируемый БП к нужным докам.

На сервере программа catdoc стоит?

Если речь идет об уже запущенном БП, то его отмена производится в свойствах документа участвующего в БП

Здравствуйте Уважаемые! Стандартный комплексный компонент "Библиотека" имеет следующие раздела: Название, Изменен, Кто изменил, Размер и т.д. Вопрос в том, как добавить свой раздел, например "Замечания" в поле которого будет ссылка на электронный адрес автора последнего изменения документа?

Ну да. Когда разберетесь с модулем поподробнее, картина станет более ясной, как лучше сделать, удаленно что-то советовать трудно.

Екатерина, если речь о согласовании типа договора, то для каждого типа надо заранее создать бизнес процесс, эти типы буду болтаться в шаблонах БП, т.е. начальное звено загружает документ, выбирается из списка шаблонов БП нужный и вперед. Хотя до конца не понял суть вопроса, можно поточнее описать?
