This problem may occur when you install bitrix env by ip, then added domain.
1) Connect via ssh to your server (in sudo mode or root user).
2) Open file /etc/hosts
3) Find row with text:
Insert above this line:
P.S. "somesite.ru" your domain name.
4) Run check script
