Модуль support.

Далее мне нужно по выполнить CTicket::Set, но для этого требуется id сообщения. id сообщения должен быть в стандартном массиве который я указал выше, если да то в каком ключе ? Или все-таки нужно делать CTicket::GetMessageList(что-то я с ним не разобрался) ?
