Error: [ERROR_WRONG_CODE] Работа системы обновлений заблокирована. Данная ситуация могла произойти после восстановления сайта из резервной копии, переносе сайта на другой хостинг, а также <a href="[URL=http://www.1c-bitrix.ru/support/faq/?ELEMENT_ID=289760"]http://www.1c-bitrix.ru/support/faq/?ELEMENT_ID=289760&quot[/URL]; target="_blank">в некоторых других случаях</a>.

Как бы решить эту проблему???

У меня схожая ситуация на одном из проектов.
А когда переименовываешь тему на латиницу - письмо приходит с заполненной темой.
На некоторых других проектах работает как и ранее

Возможно, в корне сайта имеется файл .htsecure. Если да, то можно временно удалить/переместить и попробовать обновить сертификат по-новой.
После успешного обновления - вернуть .htsecure обратно

При попытке использовать:
3. Change a site's cron settings

7. Configure NTLM auth for sites

выдаёт ошибку:

P. S.: Оказывается, это происходит при обновлении PHP до версии 8.4.
Откатил до версии 8.3 - ошибки пропали

Да, я так и сделал, но при включенном кешировании меню - всё равно меню повторяются в разных разделах.
Отключаю кеширование в каждом меню - меню отображаются так как надо.
Как правильно поступить?

Я вроде разобрался. Сам что-то перепутал
