Значит я все делаю правильно, только ничего не происходит.
Если указываю путь к index.php - получаю следующее сообщение:

В чем еще может быть проблема?

После установки Веб окружения и распаковки файла start_source не запускается мастер установки "управление сайтом". Видимо я выбрал не правильное место для распаковки. Подскажиту куда конкретно необходимо распаковать файл. Заранее спасибо.
