Добрый день, пытаюсь установить рекомендованные обновления битрикса. При попытке обновить выходит такая ошибка

Всем привет, пытаюсь сделать фильтр по свойству TIMEREAD (время чтения).[CODE]GLOBAL $arFilter;
$arFilter = array("PROPERTY_TIMEREAD_VALUE"=>"15");
[/CODE]В самом вызове компонента написал[CODE]"FILTER_NAME" => 'arFilter',[/CODE]Есть две проблемы, во первых фильтр сам по себе не работает, то есть при попытке фильтра, выводит все элементы. Вторая, когда фильтр заработает, как сделать так, чтобы выводились элементы у которых свойство не только равняется $arFilter, но и меньше этого значения?
