I am in my third year of engineering. Recently I have been selected for a BPO company and from next month I have to go there for training.
Well as we all know that CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a technology for managing as well as building relationships between customers and company. I also heard about CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and as Conversion Rate Optimization is the process or methodology of improving as well as enhancing your website to increase the number of leads you have generated.
My biggest challenge is whether we can follow both practices in an organization for business growth.
I have no ideas about it, so I'm looking for some positive responses.
