после установки всех доступных обновлений при открытии /bitrix/admin/translate_list.php возникает ошибка
судя по гиту метод "Bitrix\Main\Engine\Controller::hasErrors(): bool" пришёл с обновлениями, а обновить модуль translate забыли?
