Выяснилось, что после установки свежей VM и переноса портала мы не настроили размер дискового пространства! Забыли! Портал ночью сделал бэкап и занял все свободное место! И БД не могла запуститься, т.к. места было 0! Проверить свободное место можно командой df в шелле.
